He Kissed My Twin Sister

I shared the exact same face with my twin sister, Vivian, but our personalities were worlds apart.

Everyone always said Vivian was the sweet, gentle angel who deserved the best of everything.

And me? I was the competitive, loud attention-seeker who didn't have a single polite bone in her body.

I beat Vivian to become the Varsity Cheer Captain.

I was the one who stole the spotlight at our 18th birthday bash.

But the harder I tried to prove myself, the more Mom despised me.

"You're too selfish, Valerie. No one is ever going to love you. Why can't you be more like Vivian?"
