My Wife Sent Me to Die for Her Childhood Friend—Then Lost Her Mind After I Died
Chapter 1
“Does he know he was wrong?”
“Tell him that as long as he admits his mistake and kneels to apologize to Adrian, this matter will be over.”
Bianca Blackwell looked high and mighty, like the ruler of death who controlled life and death.
The secretary hesitated and looked like she wanted to say something.
“Ms. Blackwell, the director said Ethan Hayes ran away…”
Floating in the air, I gave a helpless, bitter smile.
How was that running away?
I was clearly already dead.
The hand Bianca used to hold her phone paused, and her face turned cold.
“He’s playing this kind of trick on me?”
“He just wants to see me, right?”
“Fine, I’ll go.”
Male Virtue Academy.
Bianca’s arrival made the director a little panicked.
“Ms. Blackwell, why did you come here in person?”
Her anger had not faded yet, and her expression looked awful.
“Take me to his dorm.”
The dorm no one had stepped into for three years looked unusually messy.
Because of the leftover fish bones, a rotten stench filled the room.
She could not help covering her nose.
“He really is getting sloppier and sloppier, so that clean and tidy look from before was all an act in front of me, wasn’t it?”
She impatiently smashed the things in my room one after another.
Many objects were already stained with blood.
Back then, Adrian forced me to eat fish bones, and I actually vomited blood.
Bianca looked even more disgusted and kicked over a stool.
“Director, is every environment here like this?”
The director shook his head repeatedly and spoke in a hurry.
“Ms. Blackwell, you can’t wrong us like that, because you specifically told us back then that we weren’t allowed to clean his room.”
As he spoke, he gently wiped the nonexistent sweat on his forehead with a tissue.
Bianca pressed her lips together and said nothing.
“So he wants to act pitiful to make me take him back.”
She sneered, then took out her phone and tried to contact me.
The number that had not been renewed for three years had already been reassigned.
“Ethan Hayes, as long as you kneel to Adrian and admit your mistake, I’ll let you leave immediately, so stop throwing a tantrum.”
“You deliberately hurt Adrian, so I have to give him an explanation.”
…
After she said a string of words, the person on the other end was already furious.
“What the hell are you talking about?”
“Are you crazy?”
“I don’t know any Ethan Hayes or Adrian, and you’ve got the wrong number.”
The call was hung up.
Bianca seemed to hesitate.
She checked the number again and again.
The three words “Ethan Trash” clearly appeared on her phone.
“That’s right, because other than that piece of trash, I would never give anyone else such an awful contact name.”
She muttered to herself, and I found it a little funny.
Indeed, other than me, she treated everyone politely.
Even a beggar could receive money and a smile from her kind charity.
But when I asked for help and medical treatment, she would speak to me coldly.
“Your worthless life won’t end that easily, and if you really are sick, just endure it yourself.”
“Bianca, don’t be mad, because Ethan probably ran away and got someone to put on this act.”
Adrian suddenly spoke, and his words indeed made Bianca waver.
She snorted coldly.
“That’s about all he’s capable of.”
Then she dialed the number again.
“Hey, tell Ethan Hayes that I’m giving him a chance, and tell him to get over here and apologize, or don’t blame me for being ruthless.”
“You’re crazy, because I already said I don’t know him, and you’re still calling.”
“I’m blocking you, so get lost.”
